The Role
As a UX research intern at ING, you’ll help improve the experience of our digital products by learning directly from users. You’ll work with experienced UX researchers, designers and product teams to understand customer needs and translate insights into better experiences.
You will use your design skills to quickly turn customer problems into improvement proposals that make our customers happy! Together with your colleagues, you will shape and simplify new and existing solutions into innovative and meaningful experiences.
