As an HRBP Retail Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of key HR initiatives that directly impact our Retail organisation in the Netherlands. You’ll work on strategic projects spanning various Retail domains, allowing you to dive deep and take ownership. You will also support the team with business-as-usual activities, such as preparing materials, supporting stakeholder communication, or contributing to ongoing people initiatives. This gives you a broad experience of working in HR.
This internship is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, stakeholder coordination, strategic HR delivery, and content creation. You’ll contribute to meaningful work, learn from experienced HR Business Partners, and help bring clarity and momentum to projects that matter.
