At ING, Operational Resilience is high on the agenda. We are looking for an enthusiastic and analytical intern who wants to help strengthen ING Netherlands' preparedness for disruptions and crises, while gaining hands-on experience within a team that safeguards business continuity and resilience.
The Opportunity
During this 3-month internship, you will divide your time between strategic research and practical implementation activities:

The Team
You will join the Operational Resilience & Business Continuity team within ING Netherlands. The team is responsible for strengthening ING's resilience by ensuring critical services can continue during disruptions and that recovery capabilities remain effective and fit for purpose.
You will work with colleagues across Risk, Business Continuity Management, Technology, Operations and other ING domains to help improve ING's resilience posture.
