Are you curious how a large organization like ING manages its data and ensures customer information is handled safely? During this internship, you will work on real data governance challenges and help colleagues across the organization improve how they use and protect data.
You will set up and grow a community of Data Stewards, and help enhance their expertise of Data Stewards in using the existing dashboards to gain actionable insights. This gives you the opportunity to develop skills in data governance, analytics, communication, and stakeholder management in a complex and dynamic environment.
The team
You will join the Safe Data Team, where data governance specialists ensure ING complies with regulations on data usage and protection.
The team develops standards and processes (such as data management and record retention standards) and supports colleagues across ING. Data Stewards play a key role in creating safe data for our customers and ING, and you will work closely with them.
