Strategic Transformation & Program Management Intern – One Business Banking
About One Business Banking
One Business Banking is ING’s strategic initiative to make the successful Dutch Business Banking platform available to countries across ING, starting in Italy and Spain with the ambition to go-live end of 2026.
By transforming the platform into a multi-entity solution, countries can leverage proven capabilities, accelerate delivery, and focus on serving and growing their customers. Through international collaboration, One Business Banking helps create a more scalable and consistent Business Banking proposition across ING.
The Internship
As a Strategic Transformation & Program Management Intern, you will join the One Business Banking program team and gain hands-on experience in a large-scale international transformation environment. You will support program managers and work closely with stakeholders across different business domains and countries.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to program management, governance, stakeholder communication, and change activities while contributing to initiatives that have a direct impact on the future of business banking.
