WHAT YOU'LL DO 🚀

• Define the global standard for workplace and experience — what great looks and feels like at Manychat, across every office, every event, every stage of someone's time here
• Shape Manychat offices as both a home for the people who work here and a brand statement for the partners, creators, and clients who walk through our doors — in close partnership with the Employer Branding team
• Lead office improvement and new hub development — from brief to handover, working directly with landlords, vendors, and creative partners
• Own the global vendor and facilities framework and set the standards that hub teams implement locally
• Partner with exec leadership to build the recognition architecture — the programs and moments that make people feel the company sees them
• Own the vision for the global events platform — company-wide moments, offsites, local events — with your team driving implementation across every location
• Lead and grow your team — set the direction, clear the path, and build people who raise the standard themselves
• Track workplace and experience signals across locations and turn them into action
• Define Manychat's point of view on AI and the future of work — and lead the programs that put it into practice across onboarding, recognition, and physical space

You'll know it's working when "what great looks like at Manychat" stops being a conversation and becomes something people can point to.

The standard is defined and running across every location. Office improvement is underway; new hubs are in progress. The events calendar is delivering at the quality bar you set. Recognition is live — employees feel it and know what it means here. Signals from across the business are being read and acted on. Hub teams execute the global standard on their own.

TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE 💥

• 10+ years in Workplace, Employee Experience, or a similar leadership role — with a track record of setting and owning global standards across multiple geographies
• A track record of leading office improvement and new location projects: landlords, vendors, construction, creative partners
• Experience building global events platforms and recognition programs that actually get adopted
• Commercial accountability: vendor negotiations, lease decisions, budget ownership — the full picture
• Aesthetic sensibility and operational depth in equal measure — you design experiences, not just logistics
• Comfort operating in a fast-changing environment where the best plans adapt
• A concrete view of what AI transformation means for your domain
• Readiness to travel regularly
