As a Business Analyst within Customer Engagement, you play a central role in bridging business needs and technical solutions. You translate customer and business requirements into scalable digital solutions and support strategic decision-making across the organization.
You work closely with architects, engineers, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between customer value, technical feasibility, and long-term strategy. You are analytical, structured, and able to navigate complex challenges with confidence and clarity.
Facilitate cross-function workshops/streams to align Business, Legal, Design, Marketing and Tech on new digital initiatives to increase reachable base.
