As a Business Analyst in our Tribe Housing, you’ll be at the heart of this transformation—bridging the gap between business and technology and helping to shape the future of the Housing services, for both your colleagues and our customers.
As a Business Analyst, you’ll be the go-to person for stakeholders outside your team that have various perspectives and needs across business, IT, compliance, architecture, and data science. Your goal is to translate complex data challenges into clear, actionable data products and ensure that your team delivers value that truly matters.
Act as the primary contact for stakeholders on topics like existing functionalities, new initiatives, both from functional & technical perspectives.
Define mutual goals and ensure alignment between business, architecture and compliance.
Understand, create and explain data models to stakeholders.
Conduct gap analyses between current and target data products.
Explore and align on new initiatives, ensuring feasibility and compliance.
Create clear visualizations and scenario descriptions to support decision-making.
Design both functional and technical solutions and translate them into actionable work items.
Be (mutually) responsible for clearly refined work items on the backlog/sprint board; that are then easily comprehended, prioritized and planned.
Facilitate efficient testing and validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements and are fit for purpose.
Maintain up-to-date documentation, improving adoption-rate and reusability across the domain.
We make data available on GDP. We are the single-point-of-contact for structural and outside-Tribe Housing data requests. We create logical datasets (pro-active and demand driven) and govern the publication process to GDP. We are the support office to publish data to GDP and manage the data library of Tribe Housing. We are expert on mortgage data. We standardize our data publication processes and govern the Tribe Housing GDP data library (standardised and derived data). We create easy data access for users within the bank for mortgage related data. We are the expertise centrum for creating and maintaining Information Factories based on GDP data streams.

Professional experience as information/business analyst or product manager for 3 to 5 years
Experience in/strong affinity with data warehousing projects
Experience with Global Data & Analytics Platform is a plus
Strong communication and presentation skills—you can make complex topics simple and engaging.
Ability to translate between functional and technical languages.
Skilled in creating clear visualizations and scenario-based insights for decision-making.
Comfortable facilitating discussions and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders.
Affinity to work with Databricks for data analysis
Experience with Python and SQL for advanced data analysis
Experience of Azure cloud is a plus
Good understanding of data normalization techniques
Banking knowledge and experience, preferably within the mortgage domain.
Experience with or strong affinity for financial data products and banking processes.
A strong communicator with a passion for innovation and data-driven solutions.

A social team player, who’s happy to collaborate but who can also take the lead when needed.
Dutch: Fluent verbal and written communication skills required (minimum CEFR level C1).
English: Professional working proficiency in verbal and written communication required (minimum CEFR level B2/C1).
Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, facilitate meetings, and produce clear business documentation in both Dutch and English.
