Discover your potential during this internship at Rabobank. You will work in a dynamic environment where recruitment, onboarding and collaboration come together. During this internship, you will support hiring activities, help new colleagues get started successfully and work with different stakeholders across the organisation.
During this internship at Rabobank, you work on your career by gaining hands-on experience in recruitment operations, onboarding and stakeholder management. You will coordinate activities, support hiring processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. After completing your internship, you will have built a strong foundation in recruitment operations within a large Agile organisation.
Schedule interviews and coordinate calendars with candidates and hiring teams.
Support onboarding activities and help new colleagues get off to a smooth start.
Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, Scrum Masters and Tech Leads to improve the candidate experience.
Length of the internship: 6-9 months
Starting date: August - September
Location: Croeselaan office in Utrecht
Hours per week: 32.

As Agile Recruitment Operations Intern, you know the secrets of creating a smooth hiring and onboarding experience. You help coordinate recruitment activities, monitor progress and ensure stakeholders stay informed. You also support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to make processes more efficient and effective.
You are currently enrolled in a HBO/WO Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organisational Studies or a related field.
Interested in recruitment, people operations, Human Resources or Agile ways of working.
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and priorities.
Strong organisational and planning skills.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Proactive, reliable, collaborative and eager to learn.
