How do you help our Vulnerability Management team move from scan-driven vulnerability management to a risk-based approach that guides Rabobank where it matters most?
As Vulnerability Management Specialist, you know the secrets of turning vulnerability data into clear risk-based choices for a large organisation. You help Rabobank move from classic, scan-driven vulnerability management on the infrastructure layer to risk-based vulnerability management across all vulnerability detections. You understand the technology, explain where risks are highest and bring people together to improve how vulnerabilities are solved.
• Fine-tuning, sharing and realising the risk-based vulnerability management vision.
• Analysing vulnerability management data to show where teams perform well and where improvement is needed.
• Translating market developments, such as AI, into practical next steps for Rabobank.
• 36 hours per week.
• 7 FTE in the vulnerability management team.
• over 48,000 Rabobank colleagues worldwide.
• Analyse vulnerability management data and use it to identify risks, improvements and follow-up actions across Rabobank.
• Advise and support teams that are solving vulnerabilities and working on structural improvement.
• Bring different teams together, align them around shared goals and help them work towards better results. You identify improvement opportunities, both within and outside the team. You explain concepts clearly, write requirements and convince people to move in the same direction.
We believe in the power of differences. By combining people's differences, we become an even better bank. We are curious about what you will bring to our vulnerability management team.
The vulnerability management team helps Rabobank understand where cyber security risks are highest and where action is needed. Collaboration is our way of working; as one analytical team within Rabobank. You work with teams across different backgrounds, regions and levels in the organisation to help them solve vulnerabilities and improve structurally.
For us, your development and that of society go hand in hand. That is why we want to invest in you and work together to create a better world. We summarise this in one sentence: "at Rabobank, you work on yourself and the world around you simultaneously." This is reflected in your personal development budget, our hybrid work environment, and a good work-life balance. You can also work on banking matters for our personal and business clients, as well as on social issues like the food and energy transitions.
At Rabobank, we are working toward a culture where everyone feels welcome. We value our differences and use them to collaborate more effectively and make better decisions. We do this step by step, paying attention to what is going well and to the areas where we can continue to improve. By being open to different perspectives, we are creating an environment where colleagues feel heard. That helps us build an organisation where people enjoy working—and where we truly understand and serve our customers.
