💻 Your Impact
You are responsible for actively promoting, managing, and optimizing sales of the company’s product(s) to increase market share and brand recognition across your region. It involves developing and maintaining strong, ethical relationships with healthcare professionals—including nurses and key opinion leaders—as well as with distributors to successfully introduce and support the company’s products. In addition, the position requires effective account management to ensure sustained growth and long-term partnerships.
🔧 What You’ll Take On
Co-ordinate, in conjunction with Sales and Marketing colleagues, the implementation and execution of the National sales strategy and activities in your region.
Maintain an up-to-date strategic regional account plan and present this monthly to the Country Director NL & France.
Provide training of company product(s) to relevant HCP's and distributors and end-users when needed.
Act as a key driver with HCPs to ensure a positive customer experience.
Maintain product and market knowledge.
Pro-actively collaborate with peers and inside sales specialists.
Support the development, negotiation and implementation of distributor business plans, contracts, strategic requirements, and business objectives in your region. Manage distributor and account relationships effectively; establishing and managing processes, information exchange procedures and KPIs to ensure optimal customer service, driving accountability and revenue.
Take the lead in the resolution of account problems and complaints.
Collaborate and communicate knowledge (e.g. market, account and competitive information, insights, trends, etc.) to colleagues and relevant internal stakeholders. Use the company’s IT structure and CRM systems to improve customer insight and ensure effective management reports.
Participate in sales meetings and sales/ marketing events as needed.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal and Company policies and procedures.
Accomplish goals by accepting ownership; exploring opportunities and utilising good technical and problem-solving skills to add value to job accomplishments.
Ensure work is undertaken within defined timescales and with a high level of accuracy.
Work independently with minimal supervision as well as ability to work closely with other departments and key stakeholders.
Continuously friendly and professional towards customers and stakeholders.
📌 What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Commercial Economics, Healthcare Management or Life/Medical Sciences.
3+ years of experience in medical device/ pharmaceutical/ MedTech sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Fluent in the Netherlands and English, written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced in using CRM systems.
Full driving license and willingness to travel throughout the Netherlands.
Excellent planning and organizational skills.
Flexibility to be available outside of normal working hours (incidentally, for an out-of-hour on-called Rota).
Living in the western part of the Netherlands.
